- What happened
- A community member reported that the public repository ippcteam/SN21-adtao contained files labeled as a private evaluation dataset, including a manifest marked "PRIVATE — evaluation set, do NOT distribute to miners." The files were present in the repo since a commit dated Sep 2, 2026. The discoverer stated the dataset was quarantined and not used.
- Community
- Several community members questioned whether the exposed dataset had been used for mining and asked the team to address the matter directly. Some called for a review of the staking requirement for miners and asked for transparency on how any related proceeds would be handled.
